The German, who moved to Austria in 2022, is an experienced communications professional who has learned the PR trade from the ground up. For over 25 years, Olaf Pempel has worked as a press spokesperson, head of communications and manager in large, renowned network agencies in various disciplines and for different industries, both nationally and internationally. Service orientation, reliability and high quality standards are a basic principle for him. Despite his previous management positions, he has retained a hands-on mentality. His aim is always to develop creative and holistic communication approaches that also take into account the business objectives, the market environment and the target group. In addition to a degree in social sciences, he has a mini-MBA in brand management and various further training courses in the areas of leadership, digital transformation, AI and storytelling. He is a member of the PRVA and, among other things, was also a member of the jury for the Austrian State Prize for Public Relations.
