comm:unications has been working for the European Parliament in Austria since 2021. As part of its political communication activities, comm:unications regularly organises workshops and networking events throughout Austria specifically for NPOS. The content ranges from storytelling and non-violent communication to fundraising and campaigning. The overall aim is to bring the valuable work of the European Parliament closer to citizens. In the run-up to the European elections, which took place in Austria on 9 June 2024, comm:unications used newsletters to provide information on key issues such as tackling the climate crisis, asylum and migration, as well as employment and growth in an international context.
